Browser-based selling terminal for both branches, replacing the two existing branch POS systems.

  • One centralized POS serving both Boutique branches.
  • Every sale is classified as Member or Non-Member at the point of sale.
  • Tenders: cash, credit card, voucher, loyalty redemption and receivable/terms.
  • Cash and vouchers carry the majority of transactions; vouchers act as a crediting system for SDCC cooperative members.

  • Debit-card support is subject to confirmation.
  • BIR accreditation coverage, permit-to-use and SDCC registration requirements must be validated for the selected solution.
  • Terminals, printers, scanners and cash drawers per location are not yet defined.
  • Offline operation and availability requirements are not yet defined.

Implementation status

The Prisma schema for this module is in place, so the data structures can be reviewed now. Transaction behaviour is intentionally not built yet — the rules above must be resolved before the workflow is coded, costed or accredited.
