Excel import portal — BR-08
The member master is maintained through initial migration, periodic Excel imports and administrative encoding. The schema records each upload as an import batch with per-row errors, so a failed import can be traced back to the source file. The upload and validation UI is not built yet — data ownership, update frequency and validation rules are still open.
Direct real-time integration with SDCC core banking is not required for the initial solution.
